North Surry edge North Wilkes!!

North Surry took the lead 5-3 going in bottom of seventh. North Wilkes first batter hit a HR over center field fence making it 5-4 NS. North Wilkes finally got two runners on base, but couldn't advance them over the plate.
Final score North Surry-5 North Wilkes- 4!!
Vikings will open it's MVAC Tournament on the road at Starmount(don't know for sure) next Monday.
Junior varsity lost 10-4 to the Greyhounds to end their season. |
