North Wilkes 2-runhomer blast Alleghany for the win!!

North Wilkes was down 6-5 going in bottom of seventh inning with runners on base. The Vikings hit there way to a 6-6 tie still one out with two runners in scoring positions.
Number 44(I think) for the Vikings, hit a two run homer to lift Vikings over Alleghany 9-6.
The other game against Alleghany is cancel, cause too many conference games been rained out for both schools.
Junior Varsity wins 10-4 over Alleghany!!
Vikings will be traveling to Toast to take on Grayhounds of North Surry with JV starting at 4:30 while varsity will following with a 30 minute break. |
